Return, Refund & Exchange

Return Policy

  • If you are unsatisfied with your received order, you have the option to return it for exchange or refund. 
  • To be eligible for return, Item must be unused and in original condition with packaging.
  • No returns for personalized/engraved items at the customer's request
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all orders, regardless of return reason, unless it is an error on our part or a product defect.
  • Gift cards are not refundable or convertible to cash.
  • Shipping & handling costs are not refundable.
  • Return postage is not provided or refunded.
      Refunds are available within 15 days of delivery. Beyond 15 days following receipt of the package.
      MagicSouvenir reserves the right to refuse a refund or an exchange.
      Exchanges must be of equal or lesser value.  The product must be returned to us before a exchange is processed.

      How Are Refunds Processed?

      • When the returned products are received at our distribution centre, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • If you are approved, we will issue the refund to the original mode of payment.
      • The refund should appear on your credit card statement within 3 to 5 business days. 

        Defective or Incorrect Product?

        Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item (such as a charm or item missing) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

        If you believe you’ve received a defective or a wrong item, please email us at support@magicsouvenir.com. Our customer service team will be happy to make it right. Please attach the following information:

        1. A clear photo of the detective or wrong item
        2. Your order number

        We don't accept cancellations

        But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We will see what we can do to make this better.
